War Room Content is a consortium of European writers and show runners, experts, scientists, artists and civil society actors.

War Room Content was created by Emilie Blézat and David Dusa from Dark Riviera AB, an Intellecutal Property creation company founded together with Sylvain Runberg and Robert Bäckström, in parternership with Pavla Holcova from the Czech Center for Investigative Journalism, representative of the OCCRP for Eastern and Central Europe and nominated for Nobel Peace Prize 2023, with Reporters without Borders (France), NeedCompany (Belgium) and Serial Killer (Czech Republic).
